Manuscript pages were printed on Strathmore Artlaid Text. Title page, preface and colophon pages were printed by letterpress on Mohawk Superfine Text paper. The title page, preface and colophon are in Adobe Caslon type. Published by the Roycroft Campus Press, and are numbered limited editions. The custom-made portfolio features a foiled stamped title and is secured with a black silk ribbon, sealing wax and is stamped with an "H".
