APPIAN 09

Thank you to all that helped!

The Roycroft Campus is Ready for Visitors!

The little journey along the Appian Way onto the Roycroft Campus has enhanced beauty.  These attractive results can be accredited to a very spirited, energetic and hard working group of volunteers.  On behalf of the Roycroft Campus Corporation (RCC) and the Roycrofters-at-Large Association (RALA), heartfelt thanks are being sent to all the individuals responsible in helping to clean-up the winter debris along the
Appian Way and Roycroft Campus parking lot areas.

On Saturday, April 18th we had blue skies, warm temperatures and abundant support to tackle this annual spring-time task.  Volunteers came equipped with gloves, rakes and shovels in hand.  Listed in alphabetical order, our thanks are expressed to the following individuals: Jack Bartlett, Lynn Chimera, Wanda Chomicka, Kate Doeing, Joan Dukat, Norb Dukat, Connie Ebel, Dan Frontera, Gordie Galloway, Dominic Gioia, Tommy Hosie, Mary Hubbard, Megan Hubbard, Santina Kumiega, Howard Lehning, Dick Leonard, Ellen Moomaw, Linda Neri, Christine Peters, Judy Sikora, Rich Thompson, Linda Ulrich-Hagner, Kate Wagner, Cindy Westphal, and Cheryl Zimmerman.

The RCC and RALA, both not-for-profit organizations, are committed to actively working to keep alive the history and philosophy of Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters through educational events centered on and around this National Historic Landmark site.  We encourage you to visit and enjoy the Campus in the spring and summer days ahead.

Fondly,
Clare Root
