About:   This class will provide you with materials to make a sterling silver wrapped sea glass pendant. Students will learn the process of wire wrapping which can be used to wrap stones, beads, marbles, etc. The sea glass selection provided for this class has been hand picked from the wild beaches of Puerto Rico with a wide range of color, shape and size. Students will also be given a leather cord to hang their pendants from to complete their necklace.
 
Fees:                $25 class fee  + $15 Materials Fee (includes tool kit)
                          RCC Members $22.50 + $15 Materials Fee

Minimum of 6 students; Maximum of 12 students

Instructor:         Cheryl Perez of Cristales del Mar (Glass from the Sea). Cheryl has been making jewelry for several years, specializing in Sea Glass Jewelry.  She travels annually to Puerto Rico where she collects glass fragments from some of the most rural, and wild tide beaches on the island.  She uses them in her jewelry design and as inspiration for other contemporary pieces.  The Roycroft Copper Shop Gallery has several necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings designed and created personally by Cheryl Perez.
