When:     Wednesdays: April 18 & April 25, 2007 6:30-9:00 pm

Where:   Roycroft Campus Copper Shop in East Aurora, NY

About:    Through painting, music, meditation, color and sacred geometry, unlock your capacity for creative expression during a 2 evening class seminar that allows connection to your own mysteries and deep beliefs. Students will learn breathing and meditation techniques to center, focus, and enhance mental clarity and support visioning. Mandala, a Tibetan word for wheel, is an ancient art form that represents the innermost expressions of the heart, believed by many to unlock forces that can unify and heal. As we understand the power and depth of our heart through art, as Elbert Hubbard believed, we open ourselves to the power of creating the life of our dreams. Painting a Mandala is a celebration of who we are and the life we are now living.

Manya Fabiniak is an artist, writer, and expressive arts therapist who has lectured and conducted seminars throughout the community.
