About:    Unlock your capacity for creative expression during a seminar that explores meditation and its relationship to art. Students will learn breathing techniques to center and focus, meditation techniques to enhance mental clarity and support visioning, and experience music as a vehicle for expansion and creative freedom. You will learn the use of silk dyes, and color to create your own work of art on silk. Students will have the opportunity to choose those words that represent their own personal life affirming beliefs. The process of working on your artwork will expand your imagination, help overcome creative blocks, and enable you to develop trust in your intuition. Let your inner artist enjoy the thrill of creating not just for a day but possibly forever!

Manya Fabiniak is an artist, writer, and expressive arts therapist who has lectured and conducted seminars throughout the community.
