Roycroft Renaissance Artisan, Yvonne Stoklosa has schooling and experience working as an Interior Designer / Facilities Planner. Her love of the Arts & Crafts Movement grew stronger when studying for her Masters in Architecture. Always making things as a child, she reverted back to that almost 15 years ago. Combining her design and creativity skills with her desire to be home for her family, she began doing more stained glass work. As a Roycroft Artisan, she is often reminded of what an architect taught her many years ago – to strive for museum quality.
Yvonne Stoklosa became a Roycroft Renaissance Artist in 2007 and actively participates in many of the local art shows throughout New York State. The Copper Shop Gallery houses a wonderful selection of her work, along with a reproduction of Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Butterfly Chandelier”. |
