A two-day outdoor painting workshop centered around the distillation of a painting within the (complex) outdoor environment.
Students will receive step by step instructions on how to complete this beautiful hand sewn feather bracelet using the bead embroidery technique.
Students will learn to create captivating artwork using the beauty and freedom of the Sumi-e brush line, and the values created by the ink.

Students will learn, and experiment with watercolor techniques, brush work, supplies and materials.
This class students will be learning, and practicing, different brush strokes and brush holds to help us create a variety of marks and washes.
Come explore the contrasting forms and colors of the still life art form, for a weekly class to expand the “fruits” of your labor. Painting in the water-media of your choice.
Students will receive step by step instructions on how to complete this beautiful hand sewn pill box using the bead embroidery technique.
Students will create our own artist book using the Concertina Book structure filled with their own mono prints.
Students will explore varied techniques including mark making and line quality variation, while learning foundational drawing skills based on form and shadow.
Using watercolor paint as our medium, students will learn about color theory, color relationships and color mixing.
This 6-week open studio painting workshop is designed for all levels from beginner to advanced students with instruction and guidance provided to each individual as needed. The workshop will focus instruction on the formal elements of painting
