We are pleased to announce 𝘈 𝘔𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘢 is being printed on the Roycroft Campus for the first time since 1938!⁣⁣
𝘈 𝘔𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘢, first printed in March 1899, is Elbert Hubbard’s interpretation of a Spanish-American war event and its representation of hard work leading to success. The short essay would soon go on to sell millions of copies and become the third best-selling book in the world at the time. ⁣⁣
In 2024, our talented staff and volunteers have printed, illuminated, and bound the books by hand in the historic Print Shop, truly embodying the “Head, Heart, Hand” philosophy.
