One-of-a-kind lamp created by three Arts & Craftsmen Guild artists – Jack Theisen built the lamp body and shade, Jason Baker did the inlay work, and Yvonne Stoklosa did the glass work on the shade. The base is book matched quarter sawn white oak that has been dyed black. Dimensions: 62″ x 18″ x 18″
