Dark Forest Chocolate Makers is Western New York’s first “bean-to-bar” chocolate maker. They craft vegan and soy- & nut-free chocolate from the highest quality organic cacao beans, organic sugar, and all-natural ingredients right in their shop, which is just 10 miles from Buffalo. Though they are a young and small company, they have been recognized with several international awards for their rich and complex dark and milk chocolates.
