Description
Yvonne has been creating with her hands her whole life. Art and math being her favorite subjects led to completing a Masters in Architecture while working as an Interior Designer. Stoklosa came about “doing” stained and fused glass over 2 decades ago by taking a night class while staying home to raise her children. Her original designs in glass incorporate painting and fusing techniques with traditional Tiffany style stained glass. Design inspiration comes from Nature and the built environment. She is fortunate to have a studio space on the historic Roycroft Campus, home of the American Arts & Crafts Movement. She is also a founding member of the Arts & Craftsmen Guild. Her work has taken many awards at Art Shows and is in private collections all over the world.
