The Roycroft Campus hosts several fun events throughout the year to raise much-needed funds for the Campus’ preservation, restoration, and programs. We hope you will join us for some of these unique events! For more information about these events as well as sponsorship opportunities, please contact Tricia Furnari at (716) 655-0261 x107 or email@example.com.
Held several times throughout the year or as a private event
Inspired by Elbert Hubbard’s famous writing “A Message for Garcia”, Whiskey sommelier and Roycroft Campus board member, Erik Eustice will lead a small group through this two hour, one of a kind evening. Guests will hear a short history of the invention, process and varieties of whiskey, as well as a history of the Roycroft, as each individual samples three distinct whiskeys. Types and brands of whiskey will vary per event. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to express interest in hosting a private event.
Next Whiskey for Garcia – Thursday, October 22 at 7pm – Featuring Tommyrotter Distillery
We are pleased to announce that we have taken our Whiskey for Garcia events online! Typically held for small groups in the Museum on the Roycroft Campus, we have moved to a virtual/teleconferencing format during this time. Whiskey sommelier and Roycroft Campus board member, Erik Eustice will lead you through this two hour, one of a kind evening.
At our next event, to be held on October 22, two of the three whiskeys featured will be from local distillery Tommyrotter Distillery, and Tommyrotter co-founder Bobby Finan will be in attendance to help guide us through those selections. Join us to hear about the interesting connection between Tommyrotter and the Roycroft!
The event includes a gift bag with three whiskey samples and souvenir glass, storytelling and info about the history of the Roycroft Campus, guided tastings, and good conversations, all while supporting the preservation and restoration of a National Historic Landmark. The Roycroft Campus is grateful for the support of Tommyrotter Distillery and Aurora Liquor.
Suggested donation of $50+. Must be 21 or older to participate. Online registration is now closed – please email email@example.com for more information and to check availability.

Gather your friends, some snacks, and a bottle of wine, and learn the basic techniques of watercolor painting with Roycroft Campus artist-in-residence, Kateri Ewing. Typically held on the Campus, we hosted a virtual Watercolor & Wine for the first time in May 2020 and look forward to scheduling another one soon.

This exciting, biennial event offers guests a fun evening, an engaging cultural experience, and a beautiful piece of artwork to take home, as well as a signed print from the event’s featured artist. This year’s featured artist is watercolorist Bob Mauer. A lottery system is used to draw numbers at random which adds suspense and intrigue to the evening! Ticket and sponsorship information will be available soon.
SAVE THE DATE – SATURDAY, MAY 22, 2021
Postponed from May 2020 due to COVID-19, we are planning to hold this event in May 2021. Join us for an outdoor family-friendly evening filled with live music, crafts, games, and an outdoor movie in celebration of Elbert Hubbard’s life and work, and the legacy of the historic Roycroft Campus. We’ll enjoy a good old-fashioned fun time, similar to the gatherings that Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters had at the turn of the 20th century.
