Whiskey for Garcia
Held several times throughout the year or as a private event
Inspired by Elbert Hubbard’s famous writing “A Message for Garcia”, Whiskey sommelier and Roycroft Campus board member, Erik Eustice will lead a small group through this two hour, one of a kind evening. Guests will hear a short history of the invention, process and varieties of whiskey, as well as a history of the Roycroft, as each individual samples three distinct whiskeys. Types and brands of whiskey will vary per event. Please email tfurnari@roycroftcampuscorp.com to express interest in hosting a private event.

Next Whiskey for Garcia – Thursday, October 22 at 7pm – Featuring Tommyrotter Distillery
We are pleased to announce that we have taken our Whiskey for Garcia events online! Typically held for small groups in the Museum on the Roycroft Campus, we have moved to a virtual/teleconferencing format during this time. Whiskey sommelier and Roycroft Campus board member, Erik Eustice will lead you through this two hour, one of a kind evening.
At our next event, to be held on October 22, two of the three whiskeys featured will be from local distillery Tommyrotter Distillery, and Tommyrotter co-founder Bobby Finan will be in attendance to help guide us through those selections. Join us to hear about the interesting connection between Tommyrotter and the Roycroft!
The event includes a gift bag with three whiskey samples and souvenir glass, storytelling and info about the history of the Roycroft Campus, guided tastings, and good conversations, all while supporting the preservation and restoration of a National Historic Landmark. The Roycroft Campus is grateful for the support of Tommyrotter Distillery and Aurora Liquor.
Suggested donation of $50+. Must be 21 or older to participate. Online registration is now closed – please email tfurnari@roycroftcampuscorp.com for more information and to check availability.

Typically held on the Campus, we hosted a virtual Watercolor & Wine for the first time in May 2020 and look forward to scheduling another one soon.

Postponed from May 2020 due to COVID-19, we are planning to hold this event in May 2021. Join us for an outdoor family-friendly evening filled with live music, crafts, games, and an outdoor movie in celebration of Elbert Hubbard’s life and work, and the legacy of the historic Roycroft Campus.
